The singer was born on November 26 1996 on the 26th of November, 1986 in Santa Monica California in the United States of America. She is the daughter of her father Vincenzo and her maternal grandmother Valerie Barba. The family relocated from Point Pleasant, New Jersey, at six. The school she attended was Red Bank Catholic High School, New Jersey. Following her graduation from Catholic University with a Bachelor's in Architecture She continued to pursue her studies at the college. She began playing violin when she was four years old, and became known as the Violin Girl. Her performances led to the use of her nickname. She was a violin teacher for children from the neighborhood. When she turned 19, she appeared on Free 1976 on American Idol in the 6th season.
